Support for a single incident is offered on a Time & Materials (T&M) basis
at the following rates:

Single Incident Technical Support is provided at a one hour minimum. Signed, terms & conditions agreement, required to begin service. Travel, parking, materials and 4.712% Hawaii State tax is additional.
Technical Support Agreement (TSA)
On-going technical support is offered through our prepaid TSA contract. Our TSA is an annual contract, billed monthly, with 2 hour guaranteed response.
Depending on your monthly support requirements, we offer 1 hour, 2 hour, 4 hour, 6 hour, and 8 hour plans with reduced rates based upon the amount of technical support you require.
On-going Technical Support is provided in 15 minute increments. Travel, parking, materials and 4.712% Hawaii State tax is additional. Rates apply to normal business hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm., excluding holidays. Service performed outside normal business hours will be charged at 2.0 times the hourly rate. Additional hours will be billed at the customer's contracted labor rate.
